简介

My work starts with one question: how can a good food idea truly become reality?

That question takes me across product concepts, technical translation, sensory logic, and market research. The dairy industry has given me a solid technical foundation, but what truly interests me is the full path from insight to application, wherever category boundaries may sit.

Master of Food Science from the University of Melbourne, with a Bachelor's in Food Science and Engineering as well as Economics from Hunan Agricultural University. Working bilingually in English and Mandarin, I move between R&D and commercial contexts, translating laboratory language into a voice the market can understand.

这让我在产品概念、技术转译、感官逻辑与市场研究之间穿行。乳品行业给了我扎实的技术底座,但我真正感兴趣的,是那条从洞察到应用的完整路径——无论品类边界在哪里。

墨尔本大学食品科学硕士,湖南农业大学食品科学与工程及经济学学士。中英双语工作,能够在研发端与商业端之间自由切换,把实验室语言翻译成市场听得懂的声音。
